SUBJECT: Your Meeting of March 3, 1998

Attached for your review is a draft of the Future Land Use Element of your comprehensive plan. We will be discussing this element at your meeting on March 3 at 7:00 P.M.

A few sections have not yet been completed, and the actual goals, objectives, and policies will be prepared based on your comments on March 3rd.

Included with this element is a large copy of the existing land use map (Figure 14) and the first draft of the "future land use map" (Figure 15). Please examine the concepts and suggested boundaries of the future land use map carefully. Some revisions to the boundaries will probably be needed; feel free to point out potential problem areas at your March 3rd meeting.
