The following back-up material is being submitted to you in preparation for your meeting of January 7^th, to be held at 7:00 P.M. at Town Hall:

1.An initial draft of goals for each element of your comprehensive plan.

2.A first draft of a Utilities Element, prepared for you by David Smith and John Osborne. This element addresses drinking water, sewer service, and solid waste disposal. David and John will attend this meeting to discuss their preliminary analysis of these services and suggested policy language.
