SUBJECT: Your Meeting of April 7, 1998

Attached for your review is a draft of Chapters 1, 2, and 15 of your comprehensive plan. We will be discussing these documents at your meeting on April 7 at 7:00 P.M.

This draft is in the final format for the entire plan. The twelve elements will become Chapters 3 through 14, with the goals/objectives/policies printed on a different color paper, perhaps gray. You will soon be receiving a complete copy of the plan plus a listing of all changes made to the elements since your prior review.

On April 7 we also need to discuss advertising and publicity for the formal public hearings. The LPA holds the first public hearing, which is scheduled for April 21 at 7:00 P.M.
