Revisions to a
Form-Based Code
for the "Downtown Urban Village"

The Village of Palmetto Bay is located along the Atlantic Ocean south of Miami, between Pinecrest and Cutler Bay.
Spikowski Planning assisted Dover, Kohl & Partners, Marcela Camblor & Associates, and village staff in major revisions to the form-based code for an area known as the Downtown Urban Village. This code is designed to lead to a new downtown centered on the Village's civic complex and adjacent to two stations on the busway.
These code revisions were presented at a public workshop in July 2018; the July draft of the revisions can be downloaded here.
